Oversaw design and development of Peer Hero, an online video training program for students in higher ed student housing (with funding via National Institutes of Health STTR Grants).

Co-wrote screenplays for video training vignettes with interactive training components. Produced and directed digital video production and animation for training modules. Developed digital avatar illustrations and brand assets. Worked with academic advisors to adapt digital curriculum for online training framework. Managed development of web application and user experience implementation. Coordinated product beta testing with over a dozen Resident Life departments at universities nationwide.
