This Aborted Earth

2009 – 2013

Originally developed as an animated series for television, This Aborted Earth was a collaborative project between Noah Sodano and Michael Banowetz (working together as Untimely Films, LLC).

“This Aborted Earth: The Quest Begins”, a short film based on the series, was selected for the the 2010 YouTube Play: A Biennial of Creative Video in association with the Guggenheim Museum, and was screened at Guggenheim Museums in New York, Bilbao, Berlin, and Venice in October 2010. The short was also a selection of the 2010 L.A. Comedy Shorts Festival. Several webisodes and a digital comic were created for the project as well.
